Chronic Pain
Chronic pain is pain that lasts for more than 3 months and is impacting your daily life. While many treatments for pain focus on medication approaches, research shows that coping strategies that target your thoughts, emotions and behaviors can significantly reduce your pain.
Sleep
Sleep impacts every part of your life. For those who have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or just don’t feel refreshed in the morning, you know this all too well. We’ll help you learn strategies that are known to help improve sleep and can have positive effects on other symptoms you may be experiencing (e.g., depressed or anxious mood).
Weight Loss
We provide tools for behavior change, specifically weight loss, that can be extremely helpful. Especially if you feel you have been stuck in the same never-ending cycle of losing weight and gaining it back again or you just can’t figure out why you can’t get started.
